Stamas Solutions shall conduct its business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with a high standard of ethics. We consider it very important to receive feedback regarding matters subject to criticism.

Stamas Solutions wants to facilitate external parties being able to report reprehensible conditions and ensure that this is followed up in a proper manner.
External whistleblowers refer to all customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Stamas Solutions has established a dedicated whistleblowing procedure for censurable conditions, which has been set out in accordance with the provisions of the Working Environment Act.
Examples of censurable conditions could be:
- Corruption or other economic crime
- Unsafe working environment, including bullying and harassment
- Abuse of power / Abuse of authority
- Danger to life and health
- Threat to climate or environment
- Personal data breach
