Stamas is committed to ensuring that we comply with current laws and regulations at all times, whilst also acting in an ethical, sustainable and socially responsible manner. We shall practise good corporate governance. We aim to work in a manner that is consistent with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, as well as the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. We believe this is important in order to appear as a reputable player in the market and we will continuously work to improve our services towards these goals. We expect our employees to show ownership of and take responsibility for following the company's code of conduct, and that all activities are carried out in accordance with these.
Whistleblowing
Stamas Solutions shall conduct its business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with a high standard of ethics. We consider it very important to receive feedback regarding matters subject to criticism.
